Determining the orientation of the handle

The orientation of the handle right - R, left - L is determined according to the handle on the inside of the door.
The left handle always points to the left towards the door hinges and is naturally grasped with the left hand
The right handle always points to the right towards the door hinges and is naturally grasped with the right hand.
